When you authenticate via GitHub, we request the following:

• Your primary email address
• Your profile information (such as your name or profile picture)

Why we request this data: We use your email address as a unique identifier to create and manage your Modexia agent account. Your profile information may be used to personalize your dashboard experience. We absolutely do not access your contacts, files, or any other private information stored on those platforms. Your authentication tokens are handled securely by our infrastructure.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g. providing our API services).
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.
